As you know, I love the way MegaMegaMega photographers take pictures. I chose this pic randomly from one of the albums and fell in love with the way in which the skin has a luminous glow.

I also adore the urban rugged look with the Jeremy Scott for Adidas t-shirt, the purple/blonde hair and the flower sleeve. ...INDIVIDUAL

Barbie Doll

No quirky title's, I love Barbie. Barbie is my childhood. With Barbie I was able to escape the drab and dreary world around me. I was also able to express my creativity through Barbie, often creating houses, outfits and hairstyles or them. For me Barbie=Fantasy and for a creative person the ability to think outside the box and fantasize is ESSENTIAL.

I always said that when I'm older I'd start collecting, I already have one but these are a few picks of mine that I found on the site recently that I love. The Blonds (a group of talented designers which I love) recently created their own collectible and it's truly a reflection of their extravagant and sparkly designs. Christian Louboutin also made his own doll recently which really highlights the air of Louboutin, french design and ofcourse the shoe itself.

SO! I became a HUGE fan of Ms.Jessie.J recently and haven't stopped loving her since! Her single 'Do It Like A Dude' make's me feel like a frickin ard' man! I love it and I love her, it's tough without turning feminist and self-pitying, it's also really fun and L.O.U.D! For me it's like the white soulful Scary Spice of a new generation!

(almost) PRO NAILS

So I did these cool ass nails. I would be lying if I said I was doing this for my art project. I was lying to myself for a while lol. So I just took all kinds of shiny blingy looking crap and my lifetime supply of sequins and stuck it on with blue tack and nail glue (which sucks ASS btw I got it all over my bloody fingers and now my skin is all hard) and I got these metallic nails from Primark YES Primark! I ain't ashamed, two pounds for a good set of 27. Even though I lost like half! haha but yeah twas fun...

I have been wanting to do something like this for so long, it's a design for a t-shirt I want to make for myself and I finally thought of something unique. I also want to do a another design of just KANYE WEST relating to his new album 'My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy', his film 'Runaway' and his music. I am really happy with the outcome of this and the how the colours turned out. It's weird and awkward and cool.

I'm a huge fan of Mega Mega Mega photographers, the lighting is incredible and the shots are so unique. I loved this picture of the girl with the flowers in her hair, the lighting again is awesome and the pose is beautifu; dark and twisted ;)

COSMIC CAVERN

I'm such a fan of Kenny Scharf! his use of neons and glow-in-the-dark colours are exciting and whimsical. I adore this installation he's done. It's so inspiring.

WeLcOmE tO ThE HoUsE oF fUn

My room is literally RIDONKULOUS! but I absolutely adore it! I found this puppet I got years ago from the Game Shop and plastered it on the ceiling above my desk, does'nt really help me study but whatever! haha I've stuck all kindsa crapy on my walls! and I love it cause they all mean something to me or simply things that are quirky or that I admire. The most special thing on my wall is my cross above my bed which is also on the ceiling made of palm leaves :) keeps me safe

I went into central London with my friends and my friend Lottie parked in this beautiful estate where her Grandmother lives and I love the white rooftop decoration with the greek style pillars.

I did this for my art project, SOMEHOW I it has progressed into wigs! yessir very nuts! But when I got onto wigs I immediately thought of Ms.Nicki Minaj and I made these templates and used images I took from afro hair shops, I love the illuminous light

Misfits

I did this little skit of Misfits series 2, before this scene came up it said 'CHANGES', extremely exciting! I love Alicia, she's such a good character and when I saw the blacked out pupil/iris I was drawn in and HAD to do something of it. Can't wait for Misfits next Thursday on E4 ..enjoy

Whilst I was doing research on Basquiat for my art project I came across this intriguing piece of art. I knew it wasn't Basquiat as there are influences of pop culture however it stood out to me. I keep thinking about the Phoenix... the Phoenix, what Kanye's thought process was when he created his film ''Runaway''. Whenever I think about I feel something, a raw emotion. Not to get all psycho analyzation on everything but there's a vulnerability in Kanye that I see with the fragility of the phoenix. ''they are birds turned to stone''. This made me think that Kanye is just a human being, like any individual trapped inside a reputation and false accusations. Then again this is just my opinion.

So as I always knew, watercolour is the one. Watercolour is the one. It's a fact. So Kanye West is AS PER USUAL incredibly inspiring. Watching his film ''Runaway'' got me thinking, and thinking and thinking over and over. All these stills of the film kept running through my mind, the woods was on replay in my head and Kanye kept running right through my mind over and over again. I had to do these of the phoenix, the mesmerizing Selita Ebanks (Who btw tweeted my artwork AND tagged Kanye in it! let's hope he checks his mentions) who symbolises freedom, power and...... trying to think of a word that means ''diffrent'' ....maybe unique ANYWAY the phoenix is whatever YOU want it to be.
